Assistant Cook

This is an entry level cooking position involving responsibility for assisting in the preparation of hot and cold food items to serve staff and residents in the Monroe Community Hospital cafeteria and in hospital rooms. Employees work closely with the Cook in preparing the main entree.

    Certified Nursing Assistant

    This is an entry-level position in the health care field involving responsibility for performing a variety of direct and indirect care services for chronically ill and convalescent patients in the Monroe Community Hospital. The work is performed under direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Both full time and part time positions with benefit package are available.

    Licensed Practical Nurse

    This position is responsible for giving direct and indirect care to convalescent or chronically ill patients and for assisting with the care of seriously ill patients in the Monroe Community Hospital. Employees of this class give bedside care, administer approved medication and assist in giving medical treatment. The Licensed Practical Nurse works under general supervision from, and reports directly to, a Registered Professional Nurse. Supervision of others is not a responsibility of this class.
