Nursing Mentorship Program
The Rochester Black Nurses Association together with Monroe Community Hospital is announcing a new Nursing Mentorship Program for MCH staff!
The goal of the program is to mentor future nurse leaders by creating an environment of academic and professional pursuit of excellence in nursing. Participants will be paired with a professional from RBNA and complete a six month mentorship program that will foster growth in the areas of Personal Growth, Academic and Professional Growth, Professionalism, and Leadership.
The mentorship program is open to any member of the nursing department at MCH. Interested employees must submit an application by April 23rd to be considered for the program. For additional information, contact Andrew Porter, Assistant Nursing Director.
