MCH Begins "Power Plate" Program

Yesterday, Monroe Community Hospital's Dietary & Food Services began their new and innovative "Power Plate" program. Once a week, Dietary & Food Services team members will be visiting a unit prior to lunch service with a tasting plate to allow Nursing Staff to try the meal residents will be enjoying later that day. In combination with the feedback received from residents, this program will help to ensure that MCH is continually offering tasty and nutritious meals to our residents’ every day!
