“Colleen Rose is an exceptionally qualified professional who has the experience, expertise, and commitment to caring necessary to lead our Monroe Community Hospital. I have full confidence in Colleen’s ability and I am proud to name her as the first woman to serve as MCH Executive Director,” said Dinolfo.
