Jacob L. from Nursing is a brand new nurse who was assigned one of the most difficult units in this facility. He has shown so much strength and growth since I've known him as a CNA. He recognizes the immense difference in his job responsibilities and has persevered on so many levels. Jacob stays late most days to make sure his work and often his co-workers work is complete and that the next shift is set up right. Jacob continues to put the residents first every day!
