Join us for an evening of food, family fun and appreciation at the MCH Summer Celebration on Monday, Aug. 24! The fun begins at 5:30 p.m. with great food, music and activities before settling in for an outdoor showing of Field of Dreams at dusk.
Event Highlights
Starts at 5:30 p.m. with a Live DJ, food and ice cream trucks and games.
Outdoor Movie: Field of Dreams begins at dusk (shortly after 8 p.m.) on a giant outdoor screen with surround sound and the option to tune the audio through your car radio. Free popcorn during the movie.
MCH Auxiliary Vouchers: Staff will receive a $5 food truck voucher and a $2 ice cream truck voucher to use toward purchases.
Cash Prize Contests
Compete before the movie for a chance to win cash prizes!
Water Balloon Catch Contest: A $50 cash prize to the team that catches a water balloon at the furthest distance without breaking it.
Baseball Diamond Relay Race: Four-person teams compete to be the fastest ($100 cash prize)
Family members are welcome to participate in the contests, but each team must include at least one MCH staff member.
Don't Forget
Arrive early to secure your parking spot.
Larger trucks and SUVs will be directed to park in the rear.
Bring lawn chairs to set up in the parking lot for the best movie-viewing experience.
