Monroe Community Hospital is a fully certified residential health care facility specializing in long-term care for individuals with complex medical needs requiring advanced nursing support.

We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a modern skilled nursing environment to residents of all ages, including a significant number under 65. We are proudly owned and operated by Monroe County.

After turning into the MCH campus from East Henrietta Road, bear left and proceed around the side of the building to Parking Lot No. 3. The main entrance at MCH faces south toward Parking Lot No. 3 and the Erie Canal. Use the intercom at the front door to alert staff of your arrival, then check in at the front desk.
