Tallo Named to 'Health Care Power List'

Monroe Community Hospital is proud to announce that Executive Health Director Alyssa Tallo has been named to the Rochester Business Journal’s 2025 Health Care Power List, which recognizes individuals playing a significant role in improving the health of the Rochester community.

Tallo has led MCH for approximately five years, helping to lead initiatives such as a new Palliative Care and Hospice Center and a Simulation Center to train staff. Under her leadership, MCH was also awarded nearly $10.2 million to expand its pediatric care unit and upgrade its ventilator unit and is constructing a new wing for those with dementia and wandering behaviors.

“I stay motivated by the people I work alongside — compassionate, committed professionals who show up every day to make a difference,” Tallo told the RBJ. “At the same time, the rapid advancements in health care technology fuel my optimism. It’s the combination of human connection and innovation that keeps me energized in this ever-evolving field.”
