The MCH Communications Office

The Office of Communications serves the MCH community to promote the residents, staff, programs, career opportunities, activities, history, partnerships and priorities of the organization in numerous ways, including:

  • Photo & Video

  • Print & Web Design

  • Graphics

  • Communications & Digital Media Strategy

  • Media Requests

  • Publicity & Public Relations

  • Advertising & Marketing

  • Newsletters & Articles

  • Brand & Style

  • Social Media

  • Facility Tours

The Office also provides assistance in developing and distributing news releases and maintains the MCH website.

Federal Law prohibits photographing, taping or disseminating of resident and patient information without written consent from someone with the cognitive ability to consent or from a family member of someone without the cognitive ability to consent.


All requests for residents and their families for interviews, photographs, videos and other purposes must be approved by the MCH Communications Staff/Executive Health Director. Members of the media visiting our facility must receive be escorted by a member of the Office of Communications.
