Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) are professionals who are educated to assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing disorders.

The professionals in our speech department average over 10 years of experience, many with additional training in areas such as:

  • Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)

  • Esophageal Dysphagia

  • Management of Patients with Tracheostomy and Ventilator Dependency

  • Aspiration Pneumonia and the Role of the SLP

  • Assessment and Treatment of the Neurologically Impaired Patient
