MCH Celebrates Nurse Aide Graduates

Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) proudly held a ceremony in August for 16 graduates of its Nurse Aide Training Program, celebrating a significant step in their professional journey into the healthcare field.
Graduates of the program will continue a path to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), with the opportunity to join the MCH upon successful state certification. MCH's Nurse Aide Training Program offers paid training, hands-on learning, and dedicated mentorship to prepare trainees for meaningful careers in healthcare while strengthening the hospital’s commitment to exceptional resident care.
“We are thrilled to congratulate our newest graduates,” said Alyssa Tallo, Executive Health Director. “Their dedication and compassion represent the future of healthcare, and we are proud to support them in building rewarding careers right here at MCH.”
