ADMISSIONS
WELCOME TO MCH!
Monroe Community Hospital is the region's largest licensed skilled nursing facility providing short- and long-term care, including rehabilitation, pediatric, ventilator, memory care, and palliative care/hospice services. MCH serves Medicare and Medicaid recipients and is owned and operated by the County of Monroe.
OUR PROCESS
At MCH, we work hard to make the admissions process clear, supportive and straightforward. Whether you are seeking sub-acute rehabilitation or 24-hour skilled nursing care, our admissions team partners closely with you, your family and your referring agency every step of the way. Our review process includes two parts: a clinical review and a financial review.
