MCH Celebrates Its Everyday Heroes
Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) recently honored 95 employees through its Spotlight program, which recognizes team members who go above and beyond every day to support residents, families and colleagues.
Nominations were submitted over the summer by co-workers, volunteers, residents and family members and highlight a wide range of contributions, from everyday acts of kindness to outstanding teamwork and service.
Each nominee reflects the spirit of MCH, demonstrating how both big and small gestures can make a big difference in residents’ lives. To thank the honorees, MCH held a special celebration recognizing their efforts.
