MCH Adds Experienced Nursing Leaders

Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) is excited to welcome two new Assistant Directors of Nursing — Michelle Webb and Jeffrey Bartkowiak — to our leadership team. These additions reflect our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and support for both residents and staff.

Webb began her career in long-term care in 1999 as a Registered Dietetic Technician before pursuing nursing. She earned her RN from Monroe Community College and is currently completing her BSN at SUNY Brockport. Michelle will focus on quality improvement and fostering a positive work environment.

Bartkowiak has worked his way through nearly every level of nursing and brings over 20 years of ICU and leadership experience, along with a military background as a paramedic. He is in the final semester of his NP degree with a focus on geriatrics.
