Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) will conduct several emergency preparedness exercises and host an event with local emergency responders and community partners on Monday, Oct. 26, and Wednesday, Oct. 28. Please review the following information:

  • Monday, Oct. 26: Emergency Preparedness Tabletop Drill. Select MCH staff will participate in a tabletop exercise to review emergency response procedures.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 28: Emergency Preparedness Drill. MCH will host various local emergency responders and community partners for a drill focused on responding to a potential emergency situation. This is only a training exercise. Emergency vehicles and personnel may be visible on campus, but there is no actual emergency. Residents and most staff can plan their day as they normally would.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 28: Cybersecurity Event. MCH will host a cybersecurity event in its auditorium. Lot 1 will be closed for this event.

These activities help strengthen MCH’s emergency preparedness, response coordination and commitment to protecting residents, employees and the community.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
