Unit Administrator Joins MCH

Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Leanne Andre as Unit Administrator to support resident care, enhance unit operations, and strengthen operational efficiency.

Andre holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from SUNY Potsdam. She brings extensive experience in care management, having worked with individuals experiencing severe mental illness, homelessness, and domestic violence.

She most recently served as Housing Director at the YWCA of Rochester and Monroe County, overseeing emergency shelters for women and children, permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals, and a residential substance use treatment program.

“My goal in this position is to support staff and our units so we can best care for our residents and their families,” Andre said.
