Monroe Community Hospital was proud to host this month’s Greater Rochester Area Partnership for the Elderly (GRAPE) meeting, bringing together community partners dedicated to enhancing care for older adults across our region.
During the visit, GRAPE members had the opportunity to hear directly from MCH leadership about the unique “signatures” that define our approach to care —compassion, innovation, and community connection.
Attendees also toured several areas across our campus, seeing firsthand the ongoing investments and improvements designed to better serve our residents.
Highlights included our state-of-the-art training Simulation Center, exciting renovations to Friendship Place, our dementia care unit, and our comprehensive palliative and hospice care center. Guests also explored our rehabilitation center and learned more about the many programs and services that make MCH feel like home.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with GRAPE and showcase the meaningful work happening every day at MCH. Together, we continue to strengthen partnerships that support and uplift older adults in our community.
