MCH has reached a new agreement with its CSEA employees that brings pay and benefit increases to many MCH employees, including most nurses, clerical staff, and other represented staff.
The contract reflects MCH’s commitment to recognizing the hard work and dedication of staff.
Key benefits include:
A $1.60 pay raise in 2025
A $1.25 increase in 2026
A 4% pay hike in 2027
Also, the contract enhances longevity pay and provides represented employees with at least one year of service 24 additional hours of personal time per calendar year, giving staff greater flexibility to take time off when needed.
The contract went into effect in January and marks another proud moment of MCH working to support its workforce.
