MCH Shines a Spotlight on Stars

Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) recently honored 145 individuals with its Spotlight Award program to celebrate team members going above and beyond every day to help residents, families and work colleagues.

Nominations were submitted by co-workers, volunteers, residents, and family members, and showcase a wide range of contributions, including everyday acts of kindness to outstanding teamwork and service. Each nominee reflects the spirit of MCH, proving that small gestures can make a big difference.

To say thank you, MCH treated honorees to a delightful “Spotlight Tea Party” complete with breakfast pastries, tea, and coffee, creating a fun and festive celebration. Along with certificates and lanyards, the event gave staff a chance to celebrate well-deserved recognition for their hard work.
