Photos: Orchestra Concert

Residents, families, and friends filled the auditorium at Monroe Community Hospital (MCH) to celebrate a special moment, first performance by the Rochester Medical Orchestra in nine years. 

Under the direction of Evan Meccarello, the ensemble of approximately 40 musicians, all with medical backgrounds, brought the works of Borodin, Grieg, Bizet, and Coleridge-Taylor to MCH for a powerful performance on Friday, Aug. 1.
